The fourth & final release in our National Park series, Crater Lake, located in Oregon, birthplace of the Cold IPA.

Pouring crystal clear with a pillowy head, it’s packed full of fruit flavour with a crisp, dry finish and a lingering bitterness. Expect dank citrus flavours & candied orange, followed by pineapple, peach, pine, and passionfruit.

Brewed with our friends from Arbor we’ve based this beer on Arbor’s legendary Oyster Stout. Liam (The Oyster Bar) shucked three dozen fresh oysters on brew day which were added, shells ‘n’ all, to the boil to impart salinity & minerality to the beer.

Pouring a deep dark brown with a robust tan head, the roasted barley provides a nutty, earthy character which is balanced by the salinity of the oysters.
It has a smooth creamy mouthfeel with a slight bitterness and umami finish.

A chocolatey marshmallow stout brewed in celebration of our 2nd Birthday. With heaps of oats, Madagascan Vanilla, and cocoa nibs, it drinks like a velvety hot chocolate topped with marshmallow goo. Grab a can and join us around the campfire 🔥

No Comply is back - new look, same great taste! This Session IPA is a crusher, with a soft mouthfeel and fluffy body, it is packed with citrus and stone fruit aroma. Expect flavours of mango & pineapple with a hit of bitterness.

A deep, decadent and complex beer as dark as the night sky. This classic style packs in dried fruit & roasted notes, with a velvety smooth finish.

For v2 of this beer we’ve made some small tweaks to the grain & hop bill with the addition of Amarillo to enhance the pithy orange & pine character.

Pouring copper in colour with a floral, piney, and grapefruit bouquet. The bitterness is balanced alongside the malt backbone creating a crisp beer full of hop flavours
